Field Clinical Representative
You will serve as the primary resource for clinical support in the areas of surgical coverage, basic troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for company products.
Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products by giving presentations and demonstrations on a a wide variety of formats and platforms, (slides, transparencies, manuals.) Keeping all customers abreast of the latest products, therapy, and technology developments and current items of interest in the industry.
Perform clinical and library research and participates in case reviews and clinical observation by working with physicians and hospital lab staff. Attend unit implants in the lab.
Overnight travel is rare as you work in your territory. However, there are some meetings and training, that could involve overnight travel.
Northern Virginia area. You must live in the territory.
Most of the work (75%) in concentrated in Northern Virginia area (NOVA). However, there could be some coverage in D.C. Or the Tidewater area like Norfolk/Suffolk/VA Beach.
The compensation range is a base of $72 - $74k + incentive of $13K + car allowance. The car allowance should be at least $500/month and includes a credit card for gas, maintenance. Smart phone, laptop, and so on.
After 3-4 years as an FCR, you can move up to associate sales rep and easily make over $200k. Once you become a full rep, you should make even more. Some of the top sales reps make $400 - $500k/year.
Base salary $72 - $74k with a performance bonus of $13k+ (target) Car allowance. Possible sign-on bonus of $4 - $5k. Compensation over time for high performers.
