Our client is looking for a highly motivated and technically sound candidate. Responsible for ensuring that assigned equipment set meets or exceeds manufacturer's specs, create maintenance procedures and schedules, and monitor tool performance. Perform diversified and complex repair and maintenance duties on wafer fabrication processing equipment. Additional duties will include but are not limited to disassemble and reassemble complex mechanical assemblies using power and hand tools. Candidates must be able to utilize diagnostic equipment and schematics to isolate and repair malfunctions. Provide technical interface with Process Engineering, to ensure that technician work force is trained to perform all procedures on assigned tools. Act as highest level of in-house support for tool down situations and lead troubleshooting during down time of equipment. Manage new tool installations, modifications and upgrades to existing tools. Technician should be familiar with spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, oscilloscope, signal generators, function generators, power meters, DC supplies and multi-meters.
They are hiring for the D shift which supports Friday through Sunday and every other Thursday 6: 00 pm - 6: 15 am. D shift positions are entitled to a 15% shift premium. The salary for this position begins at $50k and can go up to $80k. There are also quarterly bonuses based on company performance.
