Equipment Coordinator

Job Description
The Equipment Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales and Operations teams, to include coordinating the new equipment made ready through delivery processes, generating reports and invoices, and working directly with both internal and external customers. You will foster a positive rapport with other departments in the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with operational leaders to ensure accurate and effective inventory management
- Manage the service work order process to include coordinating with the Service and Parts departments for make readies to be completed when new equipment arrives at the branch for preparation, including EPDI signature
- Coordinate production meetings between Sales and Service departments to align and set priorities based on workload
- Manage the equipment 'E' warehouse work in progress (WIP) and off-lease process at assigned locations
- Validate all inbound equipment is received in the dealer business system
- Invoice new equipment orders prior to delivery while maintaining the monthly forecast
- Coordinate with other equipment dealers for equipment that delivers within the client's footprint
- Manage the transportation and delivery of finished goods
