The electrical supervisor is a key position on the maintenance leadership team and reports to the maintenance manager. This position is responsible for the overall safety and operational efficiency of the electrical maintenance team. Part planner, part organizer the electrical supervisor schedules and plans for technical evolutions, works with production scheduling maintenance outages and is involved in key equipment upgrade and replacement decisions. This hands-on leader is often involved in helping the technical team with the most challenging technical troubleshooting.
