As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting their operations while applying your engineering expertise to various projects. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the roofing manufacturing facility and optimizing production processes with a focus on safety, quality, and profitability. Your technical support will play a crucial role in the maintenance of process equipment and the overall operation of our facilities. You will work with a team to identify, analyze, and control occupational risks and hazards, applying your professional engineering knowledge, skills, and abilities to ensure a safe working environment for all.

Your responsibilities as an Electrical Engineer will encompass a wide range of tasks, including the management of engineering documentation, CAD files, and essential drawings to support project work and engineering efforts. Additionally, you will play a key role in the planning and scheduling of projects, with a focus on optimizing resource utilization and preparing capital expenditures.

As a problem solver, you will conduct root cause analyses and implement sustainable countermeasures to address losses related to plant operations. You will collaborate with the Engineering Manager in the development of preventive maintenance plans that enhance the facility's reliability.

Your role will also involve close collaboration with managers, supervisors, and corporate personnel to secure the necessary resources for project implementation. This includes working with other engineering teams to coordinate proposed changes using our change management system. Furthermore, you will support Autonomous Maintenance by training the operators and ensuring that the equipment's basic conditions are maintained at their best, contributing to the efficiency and reliability of the facility. You will work closely with assigned personnel to plan and execute maintenance and improvement activities, further enhancing the facility's performance.

They are looking for someone with strong, relevant electrical engineering experience in a manufacturing environment or a related field, to include a military electrical background. Strong problem-solving and project management skills and experience, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities are also highly valued. Prior experience working with maintenance and improvement processes is a plus. You will need to show you have electrical project management experience, you will be giving technical support to the maintenance team, spending some time out in shop, learning machines helping to find root cause analysis.

Base salary that starts higher for a candidate with an engineering degree. They offer a great benefits plan, and a bonus that is targeted at 9%.
