Electrical Engineer

Although this position is titled as an Electrical Engineer and will be responsible for the electrical expertise of the plant, they will be responsible for hands-on maintenance technical support as needed.

The electrical engineer will provide design, installation, and improvement of the plant's machines and controls. Strong Project Management and PLC programming skills are required.

Cad experience is not required but engineers are responsible for ensuring that drawings are correct and can make any changes that are needed. Electrical Engineers will lead to continuous improvements and corrective action activities and projects within the plant.

Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs, drives, servos, and power distribution equipment is highly desired. Must be able to provide technical support to internal customers as needed. Create and finalize designs to meet the requirements of work and safety.
A BS in Electrical Engineering is a requirement. Industry experience is a must. Will need to have strong problem solving and exceptional critical thinking skills.
The candidate must be able to work independently and in a team environment. They prefer experience with installing, start-up and operation of A/C inverter and servo drives but not required.

Starting at $35 hr. With an average of 8 hours of overtime per week. 12% bonus per pay period. Relocation package. Full company benefits within 30 days. 401k savings.
