District Product Support Manager

Live in N. CA to Lower WA, US

The District Service Manager (DSM) represents the Company at the dealership/customer level. You are responsible for maintaining good relations between the Company, Dealer Channel and the end users of their products. DSMs assist Company dealers in their efforts to provide top quality service and are responsible for developing dealer product support capabilities. You also focus on dealer development with regards to best practices to improve dealership service department efficiency and profitability. Much of what the DSM does is focused on customer retention, which translates to increased market share due to repeat sales.

Your region is the CA Bay area up to lower Washington and over to Boise, ID. The largest concentration of your clients is in the San Francisco area. Those locations will cut down on your weekly travel. You must live in your region. Monday-Friday job with regional travel throughout the week.

Base pay starts $75k plus bonus. Role comes with a company car, cell, laptop, credit card. All travel expenses to include hotels and meals covered by company. Company car can be used as your POV on the weekends! No more car or car insurance payments!
