Distribution Facilities Supervisor

Job Description
In this position, you will lead/coach/mentor maintenance technicians in charge of keeping the Distribution Center (DC), via the maintenance, running. You will report directly to the Manager of Facilities Operations and direct your team regarding day-to-day requirements for maintenance and repair work of the site's infrastructure. You may have some but very little travel, mainly based on training or coverage. This is not a travel-based role.
You will review work requests and respond or assign your team to ensure projects are completed within deadlines. Your team members will expect you to assist them with coaching and development to create the right working environment. Your leadership should be fair but direct and, most importantly, drive a safe operating culture.
Be sure to outline your experience regarding maintenance systems, processes, software systems used to track maintenance, and any experience deploying preventative/predictive maintenance. If you have experience helping identify and troubleshoot problems in equipment, building facilities, or automation/robotic experiences, those are major pluses.
