Director of HR
This unique role will require someone who has experience in HR related functions including recruiting, negotiations, onboarding and organizational development. Although this is a Director level position, the company is blue-collar based and looking for the right person who can fit into their culture.
You should have experience in HR functions at a Manager level or Director level currently and have the desire to move into an Executive level position within the company at some point as well. You will be knowledgeable regarding all Massachusetts and Federal laws pertaining to employment.
