This is a business consultant sales role in the Cyber Security market. The candidate will join a very successful and rapidly growing cyber-IT organization. The firm works with many different clients throughout the Midwest US. The candidate's sales territory will consist of multiple locations inside the Midwest, with a heavy focus on growing the market surrounding Chicago, IL. The candidate will speak with multiple clients, including IT Managers, CIOs, CTOs, and organizational attorneys weekly. The candidate must have a great personality: A normal week will consist of prospecting half of the time, with the other half spent with clients at seminars, meetings, presentations, lunches, or dinners. Sales experience is highly preferred and IT experience is a must.
The candidate must be:
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Able to work with little to no supervision in a very professional setting.
- A great communicator: The candidate will be giving presentations or attending sales meetings multiple times a week.
- Eager to learn: The candidate will be trained in multiple phases of the job for nearly 18 months initially.
Candidate can live anywhere in the Midwest but will be required to attend meetings in Chicago often. Full relocation benefits are available.
