Customer Support Engineer
They have two important locations they are looking to fill. Their northern NJ/NYC location will focus on customers on their LM Microscope line and the Ithaca, NY area focuses on X-Ray microscopes.
The company works with colleagues, medical companies, pharmaceutical, and many others who use their Microscope Technology. You can live within forty-five minutes to an hour of the areas.
Travel is regional and overnight travel is very low. This is very expensive technology critical to your customer's businesses. You will be the face of the company and will provide customer service activities associated with updating, troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing of highly complex capital equipment at customer sites.
You will undergo a rigorous training program comprised of classroom work and OJT. CSE compensation is roughly $72 - $82k base + overtime plus 10 percent bonus, company vehicle, laptop and benefits.
