Customer Service Engineer

In this role you will become the subject matter expert on LM (Light) microscopes. This is very expensive technology critical to your customer's businesses. You will be the face of the company and will provide customer service activities associated with updating, troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing of highly complex capital equipment at customer sites. You will undergo a rigorous training program comprised of classroom work and OJT.

CSE compensation is roughly $75 - $85k base + overtime, company vehicle, laptop, and benefits. There is opportunity to increase your pay in this position and to grow into other roles. You will need to live in the San Francisco Bay Area - many techs choose Pleasanton for lower cost of living and reasonable commute to customer sites. You will service customers throughout the Bay Area and occasionally backfill techs supporting WA, OR, or MO. Very limited overnight travel. National Service manager in charge is prior enlisted and looking for career-oriented candidates. Their employees are tremendously proud of their brand. Long tenure is the norm.
