Customer Service Engineer
Phoenix, AZ US
Job Description
The candidate will be part technician, part trainer, part relationship builder/maintainer, and even a little sales. You will be given a commission if you set up leads for sales. You don't have a responsibility to sell anything, but this is a great opportunity to get additional compensation if you do a great job.
Your customers are across the Western region, you will travel to that customer mainly during the week and get home on the weekends. The work is a mix of basic maintenance and complex repairs. The company will put you through a very thorough training program and you will be supported across the enterprise to be successful.
You must be an off-the-charts communicator, as you help your customers find technical solutions. The Customer Service Engineer has a functional relationship with external customers. Sometimes, this means you must fix the customer before you can fix the machine.
This is a work-from-home role in Phoenix. You will travel to customers in this region, you will be required to travel nationally wherever there are needs. In the future, as the Customer Service team expands, national travel will be reduced.
Salary plus overtime. Bonus based on commissions of leads and work bonuses. Medical, dental, vision and a 401k.
