Continuous Improvement Manager
The company is looking for a skill set that is far from common: a leader who has a strong Information Technology background who understand systems and software to learn their maintenance management system. This system is at the heart of the operations and drives the day-to-day needs of maintenance, repair, and service of the facilities of this client. Although this role is steeped in technology, you must have a customer service demeanor as you will be interacting with the client daily.
The role also requires an analytical mind. You will be using the data found in this software to direct the operations team on how to impact maintenance processes by finding scenarios or processes that can be changed/modified/upgraded. Although this is an individual contributor role, you will must have the ability to influence without direct leadership authority.
This role will be grooming the right person to develop into areas of General Management, District Management, Regional Management and event to Executive (VP) levels. This is a role for someone who wants to learn the key areas of what makes one of their most important clients tick and take that experience as you grow with the company.
Shift: 0730 - 1700 Some evenings/weekends
Advancement: 18-24 months
