This challenging B2B sales position includes a one-year Development Program, which involves extensive training and formal mentoring throughout this process. You will receive formal sales and consulting training, learn the business model and cultivate your business development skills. In addition to this formal Development Program, you will train on and use Salesforce - the #1 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform in the industry.
For the first six-months of this program, you will be in Norfolk, VA training/working with the SVP of Sales. Once you have hit specified gates and mastered certain competencies, you will be eligible to become a remote employee and can work from anywhere in the United States.
This is a full-time sales position that is base plus commission. It involves cold-calling and the ability to master a consultative sales approach. The role includes a comprehensive benefits package with medical, dental, vision and Rx plans as well as a 401K and life insurance.
