Construction Superintendent

Our client is seeking a Superintendent to work on various commercial construction jobs in the Charleston, SC area. This role will typically oversee the exterior finishes scope (excluding masonry) of the project until completion. The ideal candidate will have supervised the exterior finishes scope (siding, EIFS and/or stucco) or a related exterior skin scope on two or more commercial job-sites. The Superintendent is responsible for all field operations, including the coordination of sub-subcontractor's work. Responsibility for all field activities associated with the project, including implementation of Safety program for the job site, ordering of material and equipment, supervision of all field construction work by sub-subcontractors. Shares responsibility with the Estimator and Field Operations Manager for developing the project budget, actively participating in the pre- and post- construction phases, and ensuring that the project is built on time, within budget, and according to company policies and procedures.
