A Project Superintendent's role is to be involved in each area of Company's approach to administering construction: Plan, Communicate, and Manage. They will effectively monitor, direct, and coordinate the field operations. Superintendents, Project Managers and Engineers work together to form an effective management team to administer the construction based on their collective "Plan." Although the management team's responsibilities often overlap due to individual project requirements, the responsibilities of a superintendent will all fall under this approach. The project Superintendent implements the project team's plan a maintains full control of all project matters. To be successful, the Superintendent must work closely with the entire project staff. The relationship must allow for open discussion and exchange of ideas and information. A successful project requires the entire team to work together. The superintendent is a key to this success.
