The Commercial Service Manager is responsible for upgrades, service agreements, and all other service "soft products" revenue and profit, acting from a more strategic level to daily operational tasks. You will manage and develop the service "soft product" portfolio tied to current and future customers' needs; looking at improving customer satisfaction. You will ensure a strong understanding of markets' needs and evolutions through business intelligence activities using our different distribution channels (direct, local company hubs, agents) to enhance our pricing structure, our "go to market" approach and our sales tools and processes. You will help define and develop a proactive sales approach, interface with agents and customers, as well as develop a market understanding. The ideal candidate will have superior people management skills, leadership experience, and understanding of business development; have a passion for technical products.
Salary is $100k plus bonus based on personal and company performance. Company covers 100% of medical for employee and a large portion of family plan.
