The primary role of the Commercial Insurance Specialist - also known as a producer - is to generate new clients and then maintain a clientele.

A producer sells solutions from a broad portfolio of high-quality commercial property and casualty insurance carriers and is paid higher than the industry average since they are measured by not only new business production but also renewal retention.

The Commercial Insurance Specialist reports to the Sales leader, currently Steve Harmon, Principal. Experienced commercial insurance producers will mentor and be available as accountability partners for the new Commercial Insurance Specialist.

The new producer will be part of a team with people who are passionate about their work, a strong sense of purpose, and a great work/life balance. 40 hours is enough!

The Commercial Insurance Specialist opportunity is an expansion position to seize growth opportunities in the Atlanta metro area. You will play a key role in the company's organic growth strategy and will build their own commercial property and casualty insurance clientele and have the resources to provide their clients a comprehensive range of important risk management and claims management services.

Exceptional training and mentoring support, a competitive starting salary, uncapped residual commissions, car/expense reimbursement, and an employee benefits program (including health insurance, 401K and profit-sharing plan) are provided.

While the starting salary will vary (likely $70k - $75k base to start, plus bonuses as you land clients) depending on the need and sales ability of the candidate, a highly successful Commercial Insurance Specialist can realistically earn $300k or more, once their clientele is well established, plus earn an equity stake in the firm!
