Business Development Relationship Manager

This position will manage a territory from Texas to Florida and up to South Carolina. You can live in either Alabama or Georgia. You must be near a major airport. You will be on the road 3-4 days a week on average. This position will inherit a book of business and be mentored on how to find more business.

Responsibilities and duties:

Reporting to the company's executive management team, this position is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of a national marketing and sales strategy as it relates to the Company Industrial System and other ancillary products/services that are mainly utilized in the food and beverage manufacturing industry. Specifically, the candidate will work to ensure that target revenues and profitability metrics are achieved through customer acquisition, deepening/enhancing of existing relationships, and building loyalty in those relationships. The candidate will smoothly transition the Company operational teams to perform all necessary jobs in respective plants.

Additional responsibilities include:

- Provide annual business plan: scheduled activities, strategic partnering, development of centers of influence, geographic expansion of customers, and so on.

- Provide on-going reporting and documentation of all prospect and customer relationships within customer relationship management provided tool.

- Participate in weekly and annual sales meetings.

This role reports directly to the executive management team. Plenty of autonomy and mentoring. This is a six-figure role. If you do not make over $100K, you are not being successful in this role.
