Your primary responsibilities will be as follows:
- Supervise all branch sales, administrative and service personnel
- Help to develop the plan to grow the branch
- Have profit and loss responsibility for the branch
- Supervise the organization to ensure its adherence to company operational guidelines
- Assist all other departments in our organization to maintain a clear customer focus experience for all
Who are you? You are a military leader with great operational leadership experience, post-military. Due to the size and stature of this location, the company is focusing on candidates with a strong sales background but with a desire to integrate their leadership into a General Manager-level role. Some experience in commercial operations (sales, business development) is ideally preferred. The company desires the type of leader who can coach and finesse their team to become better every day.
Although the role is operational leadership, there is a strong business development (expansion of relationships) that comes with the business. Ideally, this is an experience you have, and you want to expand. You should be able to demonstrate your ability to mentor all aspects of the business (sales/service/office staff.) The company does require a valid driver's license with a clean record. If you have any experience in enterprise software like SAP, please note that in your submittal.
Salary plus bonus and commissions, with medical, dental, vision, and 401k.
