Job Description

Our client provides high-quality foundation equipment and drill rigs backed up by providing client education and ongoing equipment service from concept to completion. They are looking for a military leader to come in and help grow the Nazareth, PA branch that supports the Northeast region of the United States.

The Branch Manager will report to the Operations Manager and is responsible to direct and supervise the staff in day-to-day operations of the assigned branch, ensuring the delivery of quality customer service and achievement of sales and productivity goals, performing the following functions:

- Organizing
- Staffing
- Directing
- Controlling


- Responsible for the overall P&L of the branch, and accountable for the results
- Collaborate with corporate and other managers to set sales and retail pricing
- Provide data input for equipment purchasing and forecasting
- Collaborate with corporate and other managers to set performance standards, considering financial and operational goals and required compliance with internal, local, state, and federal policies, procedures, and regulations
- Enforce all policies and procedures in the company manuals
- Maintain high employee morale
- Maintain excellent customer relations
- Attain short- and long-term objectives with good management and planning
- Meet OSHA and EPA compliance

Specific required skills:

- Planning and implementing sales strategies
- Focused on customer relationship management
- Working knowledge of shop and warehouse layouts
- Good understanding of financial reporting principles
- This individual will have supervisory and management training in related fields
- Good business acumen
- Leadership skills in a specialized repair environment
- A solid understanding of pricing principles and discounting effects (you will be trained on this)
