Battery Field Service Technician

Job Description
You will provide customers with technical support for industrial batteries used in stationary energy storage systems, including hands-on installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of batteries. You must be able to diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the product's life. The right person can expect a fast-paced, exciting learning environment through the rapid growth of the business.
The company's proprietary product is a cloud-based software platform that minimizes customers' non-compliance risk by identifying the applicable regulations and providing step-by-step guidance on how to plan and implement responsible stewardship for industrial batteries.
This company is in full growth mode. They need field service people who are willing to put in the work while the company grows and stabilizes. You will be rewarded with additional compensation and growth opportunities. Right now, travel is weekly. You can be onsite at one location for up to three weeks though. Travel is anywhere in North or Central America. Travel will be unpredictable. You must be flexible when traveling for work. Candidates must live near a major airport.
