Job Description

In this role, the candidate will work as part of the world's 3rd largest automotive part manufacturer. The company needs strong troubleshooters with a background in electrical and/or electronic systems. This is a newer facility, with state-of-the-art equipment including over 300 robots. The campus employs over 1, 200 people with another 250 in an adjacent facility. You can have a full career at this site without any need to relocate for a promotion.

There are several shifts available within the plant. Some groups work 8-hour shifts, while others work 12-hour shifts. The company will talk to you directly about what groups are open to your skill set and what shifts are available within those groups.

This is a 24/7 manufacturing environment. Technicians must have a working understanding of electricity for this role. You must also be willing to turn a wrench. If you are a straight mechanic or electronics technician, this role may not be for you. If your long-term goal is to be a well-rounded technician. Then this is the company for you, with plenty of training.

Base salary, DOE, plus shift differential ($.60), overtime and production bonuses. Annual raises. Techs are making six figures. Possible sign-on of $3, 500. There are annual raises. There is plenty of overtime (working every other weekend) and company bonuses. Technicians can earn six figures with overtime.
