Associate Process Engineer

Responsible for assigned area processes. This includes maintaining daily production goals, focusing on quality, production and waste issues. Required to implement process improvements. Regular, punctual attendance is an essential job function. Ability to speak, read and write English. Ensures compliance with the company quality systems, policies, procedures and practices and all local, state, federal and company safety regulations, policies and procedures.

- Coordinate the Mechanical Technicians to support daily production/waste goals by keeping equipment running correctly and maintained.
- Administration of equipment PMs.
- Conceive and implement process improvements to support the business.
- Obtain CIR approval to implement changes.
- Perform validations for new products, machines and machine changes.
- Provide support to address quality issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
