The Associate Client Advisor role in Washington, DC is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team of dedicated professionals that service ultra-high net worth clients. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships through proactive client communication and actively managing client accounts and the coordinated delivery of services to individuals, families, trusts and foundations. The Associate Client Advisor will act as a liaison between Client Advisors, Senior Client Advisors, and all other service areas of the organization, including Client Tax and Financial Planning Department, Investments, Legacy Planning and Trust Administration, Investments, Philanthropic Advisory Services, and Custody. The ideal candidate does not need to have financial experience, simply a documented track record of past success. This is a developmental role, with a defined path to roles of higher responsibility and compensation.
Base salary is $60 - $75k based on experience. Additional compensation includes: performance bonus, company 401k contribution of up to 17% though company profit sharing which has averaged 14% of your annual base salary over the past 10 years. This pushes first year's compensation target to approximately $80 - $90k. In addition health care is free for the employee and minimal for family. New hires will receive no less than three weeks of paid vacation per calendar year. This is an entry level position for someone interested in this career field with a set learning path and progression to promotion.
