Job Description

The Foreman ensures that all equipment and physical assets are always in a safe condition and in good working order. This position supervises a crew of employees, prioritizes work, and provides guidance and direction to workers on daily operations.

The candidate in this role may participate in maintenance projects and will oversee workflow for efficiency and operations productivity. You will ensure that safety is a top priority for all employees on site and will follow all company safety programs and policies.

Job responsibilities:

- Organizes, supervises, leads, and trains employees to complete daily work tasks within established deadlines while complying with all company policies and procedures and safety requirements.
- Supervise and assist elevator laborer's daily activities.
- Responsible for scheduling laborers to meet work demand
- Identify and communicate to the Superintendent any priority projects or problems.
- Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed and brought to the attention of management
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of safety requirements, follow all safety protocols, and lead safety meetings
- Act as a resource and role model to co-workers at the location areas

This role is in Sterling, CO. This is a Monday - Friday role except during harvest season. Then it is all hands on deck.
