Job Description

This is a great opportunity to become a Plant Manager for a company that is reestablishing the importance of keeping manufacturing in the United States. This company leverages a deep expertise in operations management and technology, to supercharge performance of its subsidiaries by implementing core technologies across industrial platforms in diversified growth markets.

As the Plant Manager of a manufacturing company that produces aerospace products, you will start your day with a production meeting to ensure the floor staff understands what the tasks are for the day, and that all the floor leaders have what they need to get started. You will be responsible for implementing lean practices to improve the plant manufacturing environment, and its overall functions. You will also get the chance to advance your skills while you learn how to handle capital projects for production. You will also help build out your skills while you handle supply chain issues and quality assurance issues.


Base salary DOE, Long Term Incentive Plan (employee stock plan). Full medical dental, vision benefits fully paid by the employer, PTO, sick leave, company holidays, a 401K w/ 4% match. Tuition reimbursement for earning degrees and certifications, an annual bonus based on individual and company performance, usually 8 to 10% of salary.
