Essential Functions: Meet with your Partnership Development Executive/Managing Partner weekly. Complete and submit a Weekly Activity Report through SalesForce. Have consistent, positive and helpful interactions with all prospects. Have at least two prospect meetings per week (10 meetings per month). Thoroughly plan for and conduct all prospect meetings. Bring all necessary resources to bear, both internally and in coordination with outsourced partnerships, to meet any and all prospect needs. Enlist the support of your Partnership Development Executive/Managing Partner as necessary and ensure that he/she meets with any prospect with more than 50 employees on the medical plan in order to assist in closing the business. Manage your Prospect Social Outing budget, focusing on prospects that have more than 50 employees on the medical plan. Understand and navigate the internal organization chart for each prospect to ensure that the business is won and all internal decision makers know of and value the services provided. Develop and seek peer review before sending of all prospect specific analysis and presentations. Generate $150K in new business annually.
Non-Essential Functions: Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent information. Complies with all Risk Services Policies. Possesses strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Interacts professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization, customers, prospects, team members, etc. Performs other duties as assigned. Most travel is local (although you are not restricted from landing accounts throughout the country). You will work Monday-Friday, 8pm-5pm or 6pm in a very professional office setting in an incredibly beautiful building. Must TRULY want to do sales!
