As a Project Manager you will coordinate and manage the development of costing and subcontracts for the installation of diverse types of energy savings construction projects at major governmental, commercial and industrial facilities. Coordination of daily construction activity through the use of the site construction manager will also be a responsibility. You will need to be onsite with your projects in your region most of the time. The position requires proven ability to interpret design documents, develop and track budgets, and develop and maintain schedules. Further expectations are to facilitate construction through the use of strong interpersonal skills necessary to meet customer expectations by proper management of subcontractors and material purchases. You will need to travel to customer sites.
