Junior Military Officer - Leadership Developmental Program(s):

- BS in Engineering, Hard Science or Business Degree preferred.
- Programs are designed to offer broad experiences while cultivating the skills incumbents will need to enjoy a successful career.
- A JMO as part of this initiative will use experiences to problem solve, execute business objectives and gain organizational awareness in a dynamic business environment
Many high-performing military officers begin their civilian careers by being recruited for leadership development programs. The roles and responsibilities of a junior military officer are similar in scope to management positions in the civilian world. A leadership development program position is one of the best ways to learn about a business and has traditionally served as a building block for advanced roles with more responsibility.
