Refine and analyze work scopes to maximize the efficiency of the repair/overhaul. Communicate work scope and time gates as required to all departments in order to meet our customer requirements.
Manage exceptions, including reworks that occur during the repair/overhaul process determining the resources required to resolve the exception.
Make the necessary decisions introduced by production or scheduling that are within the OEM manual limits or intent of the repair.
Initiate and monitor continuous improvement programs for efficiencies, quality, production flow and customer requirements.
Communicate inventory requirements with the purchasing department based on customer requirements and/or sales forecast.
Manage on Time Delivery (OTD) and Ship Date Accuracy (SDA) with all departments.
Coordinate with production and scheduling departments to ensure labor factors are accurately reviewed and maintained.

First shift: Monday through Friday, but with significant overtime at time and a half. Average 50-52 hours a week. Profit Sharing: Varies from year to year and is a mix of cash payout and 401(k) contributions.

About half of your time will be spent in the office/at your desk and the other half will be spent on the shop floor/going from shop to shop in the facility to ensure coordination is taking place.

This is very similar to standing watch on a ship.

The Operation Support Analyst is not a typical NOC/helpdesk role, it is part of a highly specialized support organization that is responsible for the daily operations of multiple industry leading trading exchanges and clearing systems. This is a customer-facing position that requires identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving both internal system problems, as well as external customer-related IT issues. The role requires a blend of general technical and business knowledge, as well as a comprehensive understanding of the overall architecture of the ICE/NYSE exchanges, divisions, clearing, and infrastructure.

This position is not a Systems Administrator or Network Engineering position; however, prior experience in these areas is desirable.

Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting day-to-day customer issues and provide direct support to clients by phone, email, and CRM tools
Work with the client to communicate important information about system maintenance, changes, events, and to address client concerns regarding any aspect of the services
Interaction with third-party vendors is required
Maintenance operations and administration of proprietary systems is an integral part of the position's responsibilities

There is a commission component that should add up to $10k of your total pay normally, dependent upon sales success. $65 -$70k total compensation easily.

- Performing troubleshooting tasks of the equipment for both electrical and mechanical components with the help of the Company Help Desk such as disconnecting, reconnecting and performing alignment of major components, such as generators, induction couplings and free wheel clutches when replacement is needed, additionally vibration measuring during most of the regular visits or when components are replaced.

The Company equipment is highly complex and requires training in order to assume the maintenance and service tasks. You will do your initial training at their Corporate offices and then on the job in the state you are hired for. Once you prove you can do the job then they will schedule training in Holland.
