Dual position fulfilling a supervisor role over the Mt. Laurel, NJ Service Center, reporting directly to the Service Department Manager (retired Air Force E-7) and performing as a service bench technician able to troubleshoot and service communications equipment to the component level. As the Service Center Supervisor, you are expected to provide exceptional service and technical support to customers. Build and maintain positive working relationships with within the center, Kirkland Service Department, vendors, and customers. Provide solutions for customers while balancing work assignment schedules and urgent requests. Serve as central information point for the New Jersey Service Center. In addition, service as a bench technician; programs, modifies and installs options on ICOM products. Includes shipping and receiving asks, servicing product to and from customer and documenting actions using JDE 1 and associated computer programs. Overall, committed to exceeding customer's expectations in handling technical orders and servicing Company radios.
This is a Monday - Friday shop role. There will be some overtime that will be during the week. This position offers a great work-life balance.
