Field Service Technician
Job tasks include but are not limited to:
Deployment, optimization, and repair of infrastructure, Nice public safety loggers, subscribers, Microwave, Computers, Servers and Network equipment both internally and externally to the company.
The FSO department works with System managers, Engineers, Sales team, Project managers, System Technologists and service partners to accomplish the assigned tasks.
You will need to show you can develop solutions to difficult technical problems encountered while installing or servicing this equipment.
FSTs are assigned to a geographic area or customer and have very little overnight travel (25% at most) FSTs are on call 24/7 to cover public safety customers (and on a rotating basis for weekends).

You will also need to show that you know communication systems from end to end, system operation/performance/ deployment; and are not just someone who swapped out bad boxes with a new one.
