Job Description
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will have broad responsibility for supporting the site manager and site personnel. The company is looking for someone who will be able to apply their operational leadership experience from the military but also be able to learn all aspects of the site and what makes that operation tick (plant operation and maintenance)
The company is looking for someone who can clearly demonstrate leadership skills as their primary skill. Your responsibility will include supervision of all aspects of the plant operations, maintenance, and record-keeping. This includes safety, driving a zero-accident culture, and reducing overall injuries. You will also provide environmental, safety, and quality training to all employees, mostly in operations and maintenance. You will also help with troubleshooting plant process issues, supervising day-to-day workflow and plant projects.
You should be a cross-functional leader, someone who drives a culture of safety and has a desire to grow and expand your leadership ability.
