Job Description
They are hands-on builders and self-perform much of the work they're contracted for. Their bonding capacity, equipment inventory, material resources, and value engineering gives them the ability to efficiently and effectively approach the most demanding jobs. They have four divisions and operate throughout the Western US. Their divisional organization allows their team to specialize their knowledge, resources, and equipment for varying project needs.
They are looking for Project Engineers who are interested in learning and growing in the construction industry. They are willing to groom and create builders and need candidates with the aptitude and willingness to learn. There is a high level of upward mobility as well.
After you gain experience as a project engineer, you will move into project management and continually higher roles within the organization while increasing compensation along the way.
You can live near Tacoma, WA, Portland, or Spokane, WA
They will interview for a Project Engineer if you have a civil/mechanical/or construction management degree with no experience. They will interview for a Senior Project Engineer if you have 3 to 5 years of industry experience in civil engineering that is industrial or commercial, not residential.
Monday - Friday
Base salary, annual bonus is a profitsharing program. 401k, the company will contribute 8% annually. This is not a match they always put in 8% no matter if you contribute or not. Full benefits, PTO, relocation, profit sharing.
