Field Service Technician

This organization's mission is to provide their customers with application specific process solutions, while maintaining the highest level of standards, service, and reliability. Since 1980 the company has provided energy solutions throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. From sales to installation, their team provides a full-service approach to all thing's boilers. As a fully licensed and bonded general, mechanical, and electrical contractor, they have a proven history of providing their customers with turnkey industrial solutions. This organization has a history of hiring military talent and the owner is prior navy. They are looking for a Service Tech, and candidates can live in Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA.

In this role you will be the face of the company at customer sites and will provide a service for their boiler systems. The candidate will need to have computer knowledge to enhance the boiler/burner service to include troubleshooting, start-up of new boilers, water softeners, feed water systems, pumps, boiler control panels and/or communication panels, annual boiler inspections, tune-ups, general service gas/oil; these are industrial and commercial accounts. You will provide occasional equipment installation assistance to pipefitters, welders, and helpers.

There is about 30% travel, 2-3 overnight stays per week on local and out of town jobs. $45 per diem, with hotel provided.
You must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
